Fees and Terms — Marbella
Fees for sessions at the Marbella practice are consistent with the rates charged at the London offices. All sessions last 50 minutes. Weekly attendance is recommended for therapeutic work to develop its full depth and continuity, though the frequency is discussed and agreed with each individual client.
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a private conversation — an opportunity to discuss what has brought you here, what you are looking for, and whether this practice feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to continue beyond it. Fee information is provided directly on enquiry.
Payment
Payment is made at the end of each session. The practice accepts major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfer. Fees are discussed directly when you make contact — they are straightforward and there are no hidden charges.
Cancellation
The practice operates a standard cancellation policy: sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full. Exceptions are made at the therapist’s discretion in genuinely unavoidable circumstances. The specific policy is discussed and agreed at the outset of work together.
Confidentiality
All sessions are fully confidential. Nothing is shared with any third party without explicit written consent. This applies without exception beyond narrow legal obligations, which are explained clearly at the start of any clinical relationship.
