The Approach

The coaching work draws on Philippe’s training as an executive coach at ESSEC Business School — a Financial Times top-ten European institution — and on 25 years of practice as an integrative psychotherapist and Jungian analyst. That combination matters. The Jungian perspective brings a particular capacity to work with the unconscious dimensions of professional life: the shadow material that gets projected onto colleagues and direct reports, the persona that has calcified into something that no longer fits, the unlived aspects of the self that start announcing themselves as career restlessness or relationship difficulty.

He has worked with CEOs, barristers, financiers, politicians and other senior figures. The work is done in private, entirely confidentially, without any trace in professional records.
