Our Ethos - Monaco Practice
The ethos of the Monaco practice rests on three principles: expertise, anonymity, and respect. These are not aspirational values - they are the operational standards by which every client interaction is conducted.
Expertise
Dr Jacquet holds doctoral credentials, the highest EMDR Europe accreditation, Hazelden addiction training, and ESSEC executive coaching qualifications. He is clinical supervisor to two of the UK’s most prestigious private clinical institutions. The therapeutic relationship is with Dr Jacquet directly - not a junior associate or a rotating team member.
Anonymity
Dr Jacquet has no professional relationships within the Monegasque social world. Client information is never shared with third parties. Sessions are conducted over encrypted video or in person at a private London address. Anonymity is structural, not merely promised.
Respect
The client is never reduced to their diagnosis or presenting problem. They are a person with history, context, and their own understanding of their life. The clinician’s role is not to explain the client to themselves but to create conditions in which the client can understand themselves more fully.
