Educational Experience
Philippe Jacquet is more than just an internationally recognized mental health professional with over 25,000 hours of clinical experience. He is also an individual that has overcome his own issues with eating disorders and addiction in his personal life, giving him a compassionate and empathic understanding for all the clients that he works with.
From this personal experience Mr. Jacquet went to complete an International Diploma in Addiction Counselling from the prestigious Hazelden foundation. In addition he has earned a Diploma in Counselling in Eating Disorders and Addictions from the highly regarded PROMIS Recovery Centre as well as training in EMDR, and also adding a Diploma in Therapeutic and Educational Application of the Arts from IATE (Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education). He has also furthered his expertise with a Diploma in Counselling for Eating Disorders from the National Centre for Eating Disorders Later Mr. Jacquet received additional academic degrees including an MA in Adult Integrative Art Psychotherapy and is currently completing his training as a Jungian Analysis at the Society of Analytical Psychology.
Professional Experience
Philippe Jacquet currently provides services to his clients from his Harley Street Office in London as well as at his practice in Bermondsey. Mr. Jacquet offers psychotherapy, counselling and life coaching services for his clients in Marbella and works with international clients using revolutionary therapeutic services using Skype.
He works as a consultant to the top and most prestigious private clinics in the United Kingdom and has provided support and treatment to clients that are struggling with eating disorders, addictions, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bereavement and grief, personality disorders, relationship issues and those seeking personal improvement and growth.
He has been asked to provide spiritual workshops in the Sahara Desert and in Spain and his experience of living for two years in a Buddhist monastery provides him with a unique outlook on structuring and providing this international trainings and retreats.
However, Mr. Jacquet is not just a clinician. He has also a trainer and annually provides custom designed workshops and trainings on Non-Violence Crisis Intervention, alcohol and drug addiction, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, gambling addictions, sex addictions and mediation. He works with couples and individuals in relationship building and interpersonal skill development both as a counsellor as well as in the role of a life coach.
