Therapy and Coaching Services
Dr Jacquet and Associates offers a comprehensive range of psychological therapies, coaching, and specialist clinical services from offices in Harley Street, Central London, and internationally. The practice is built around a depth integrative model — drawing on Jungian analysis, psychotherapy, EMDR, art therapy, and executive coaching — that can be calibrated to the specific needs of each person.
All clinicians are qualified and experienced practitioners. Dr Jacquet, the principal clinician, is an integrative psychotherapist and Jungian analyst with 25 years of clinical experience, a Doctorate of Professional Studies (he is the only person in Europe to hold a doctorate specifically on male eating disorders), 20 years of EMDR experience, and executive coaching training at ESSEC Business School.
Psychotherapy and counselling
Individual psychotherapy is the core of the practice, available for the full range of presentations: anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, addiction, relationship difficulties, bereavement, low self-esteem, and the existential questions of meaning and identity that do not fit neatly into diagnostic categories. Sessions are typically weekly, 50 minutes.
EMDR
EMDR is offered for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and phobias. Dr Jacquet is an EMDR practitioner with over 20 years of experience. EMDR is available both in person and online.
Hypnotherapy
Clinical hypnotherapy is available for smoking cessation, weight management, phobias, fear of flying, performance anxiety, public speaking, confidence, and procrastination. Art therapy
Art therapy — individual and group — is available from the Central London office. It is particularly relevant for trauma, eating disorders, bereavement, and presentations where verbal approaches have limited reach.
Executive coaching
Executive coaching trained at ESSEC Business School is offered for leaders, founders, and high-performing professionals navigating transitions, performance challenges, stress, or burnout. The psychotherapy background informs the coaching in ways that distinguish the work from standard business coaching.
Eating disorder specialist services
The practice has particular depth of expertise in eating disorder treatment across all presentations, including a specific specialism in male eating disorders.
