The work he does

Individuals and couples, around identity, addiction, neurodiversity, life transitions, communication, and complex relationship dynamics, including infidelity and the repercussions of a trauma that can sit inside the relationship itself. More on couples therapy in London.

How he works

“My approach is existential and integrative. A great deal of my work involves helping people organise their experience of living and find meaning in it. I see the person sitting opposite me not as a set of symptoms to be managed, but as someone trying to make sense of their life.”

His starting point is to try to situate himself inside your world: to listen, to enter your account of it, to see your experience from where you stand. What guides the work after that is the story that unfolds in the session and the relationship built between you.

He takes an active role, asking questions, and sometimes offering a challenge, to help you see something from a new angle or to surface a question that had not yet been asked. Where it suits, he draws on other psychological modalities, always according to what the work and the people in the room require.
