Cyprus has very limited specialist eating disorder provision, and what exists is concentrated in a few places and a few languages.
For the British and international communities in Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia this produces a familiar problem: a real difficulty, and nowhere obvious to take it. People wait, or they wait until a visit to the UK, and the disorder uses the time.

What you are actually getting
A UKCP-registered psychotherapist and Jungian analyst with a professional doctorate on eating disorders and twenty-five years in the work. That combination is scarce in much larger places than Cyprus.
The British registration is worth a word. It is public and it is checkable. When you are choosing a clinician you will not meet in person, being able to verify them independently is not a formality.
Anorexia, bulimia and binge eating
All three, and the overlap between them, which is more common than the categories suggest. People move between presentations, and treating the current label rather than the person is one reason treatment fails.
I also treat the addiction that so often travels with an eating disorder. They are usually the same story wearing two costumes: the same mechanism of numbing feeling with something taken into the body. Treated separately, one tends to pull the other back. Frequency and commitment
Usually once to three times a week at the start, reducing as things steady. I would rather say that plainly than imply this is brief work. It is not, and anybody promising otherwise is selling something.

Is online eating disorder treatment effective?
For the therapeutic work, yes. What matters is frequency and continuity. Where there is medical risk requiring physical monitoring, that needs a local doctor alongside, and I will say so rather than work around it.

Sessions can be held in person in central London when you are here, and online the rest of the time.
