When you first contact our offices you will be asked a series of
questions. These questions will provide a very brief synopsis about the
type of therapy you are interested in as well as limited information on
your background and history with treatment. This will be used to
determine which one of our highly qualified and accredited staff is a
good match as your therapist, counsellor or coach.
During your initial consultation the therapist will spend some time gathering background information discuss your goals and the focus of your therapy. He or she will also spend time talking to you about your current issues. This is important to allow the therapist to have a clear understanding of your desired areas of change as well as to determine which treatment options will be the best suited to your individual needs.
Our practice is open seven days a week for therapeutic sessions as well as for enquires. We strive to provide appointments for new or existing clients within 48 hours whenever possible.
Our standard business hours are 8 am to 9 pm on weekdays and Saturday and Sunday we are open from 10am to 6pm. When attending a session on the weekend please note that the waiting rooms are closed. We ask that you meet your therapist promptly at the scheduled time.

The following fees are billed per session, with each session lasting 50 minutes unless otherwise indicated. It is important to attend weekly scheduled appointments for therapy to progress.

We therefore offer a number of time-slots in all our locations at concession price for those on low incomes.
Payment will be made to the therapist at the end of each session. Payment can be made by cash or credit or debit cards.
Your therapist will discuss his or her individual cancellation policy with you before your initial consultation. Each therapist has his or her own terms and conditions which will address specifics such as appointments, rescheduling, cancellation and other aspects of the practice.
